Bring any paperwork you were served with or that you have which is related to the pending case. We can make copies in the office. If you are seeing us for a post-judgment matter, bring
all your current orders in your case.
New Custody Case
Bring yourself and a copy of the birth certificate(s). We will collect the rest of the documents we need as the case is progressing, unless you have a document related to an immediate
issue.
Real Estate Transactions
Bring any contracts, inspection addendums, realtor listing agreements, contract addendums or other docuemnts you feel are important that are related to the transaction. We can collect
these from your realtor if you do not have them.
New Divorces
Bring yourself and any documents that you feel are important to an immediate issue you are facing. Otherwise, we will collect the documents we need once we begin working with you.
If you Have a Case Regarding an Amount in Dispute
Bring any contracts, invoices, purchase orders, billing reccords and payment records you have. We can make copies in the office.
New Estates or Wills
Bring copies of any Wills, the Death Certificate (if applicable) and any assets or liabilities related to the estate, including the funeral bill, even if paid. Also bring information
on any life insurance policies.
